In late 2010, the concept of inkfriends was born after, along with a friend, Keith completed the first of two custom framing courses. Driven by the need to have a series of special watercolours framed and protected as well as the preservation of some special photography, a partnership quickly formed.
Soon family and friends were placing orders to have their work framed and the idea of developing a business using acquired skills and an interest in art and interior decoration, was further explored.
In mid 2011, inkfriends acquired additional specialist woodworking equipment that used Keith's skills from teaching Technology Studies in secondary schools. Coupled with a keen eye for finish and detail, the inkfriends business expanded and today still focuses on woodworking projects and custom framing.
